Ms. Nicole Jones, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Ms. Jones is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Family Friendly Psychological Group, P.C. (FFPG) and she oversees all marketing, financial, and business matters for the clinic. Ms. Jones has extensive experience working in the medical field for over 25 years, particularly in all areas of medical office and has obtained certifications in medical office administration, back office medical assisting, medical billing and coding.
Ms. Jones is experienced in Human Resources, Book Keeping and managing a large staff with multiple locations. Her passions are God, Family, Friends, Work and Horseback riding.
Dr. Felicia Agibi is the President and CEO
Dr. Felicia Agibi is the President and CEO of Family Friendly Psychological Group, P.C. She is a licensed psychologist (specializing in Clinical, Forensic and Geriatric psychology) in the States of California and Texas. Dr. Agibi provides services to clients of all ages and demographics. She primarily conducts individual psychotherapy with children, adolescents, couples, adults and family therapy. Dr. Agibi also conducts special group sessions. She also has extensive experience conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations, forensic and educational evaluations.Dr. Agibi also provides strategic leadership training for professionals of various disciplines. Dr. Agibi has extensive experience supervising graduate trainees in case conceptualization and assessments. Dr. Agibi’s research interests include exploring racial and multicultural disparities in mental health, juvenile and adult forensic psychology, Bariatric surgery patients’ relationship between mood and food. Dr. Agibi has significant experience providing services working with children and families involved with child protective services and juvenile probation. She also specializes in Geriatric psychology, the mental and physical health of individuals in the later stages of life. Dr. Agibi is an experienced Christian Counselor and has extensive hands-on experience working with individuals from various Christian denominations. She believes that the conglomeration of family, culture, history and spirituality are important elements of consideration in best practices toward helping individuals and families find meaning and healing in their mental health journey. Dr. Agibi is a multilingual clinician and she is proficient in Spanish, English, and Hausa and Tiv languages spoken in Nigeria.

Presentation College, Aberdeen, South Dakota, Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Minor in Business, Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership (MASCL) at Seton Hall University, Elizabeth, New Jersey, Master of Arts in Psychology, Saybrook University Oakland, CA and Psy.D.in Clinical Psychology at the Saybrook University, Oakland, CA.
INTERNSHIP AND POSTDOCTORAL TRAINING:
Pre-doctoral internship at Valley Psychological Services, Edinburgh, TX. Performed clinical evaluations and psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults specifically with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum and geriatric.. She also performed presurgical psychological evaluations for bariatric patients and post-surgical psychotherapy. Her post-doctoral training was completed at the Juvenile Probation Detention, Houston, TX with a focus on psychological evaluations, parent/child psychotherapies with the aim of family reunification, and emphasizing responsibility and accountability of both parent and child. Individual and group psychotherapy with adolescents in CPS Emergency Shelters. Multidisciplinary team meetings. Provided clinical services to an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting, of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice located in Fort Bend County, Richmond, Texas including individual and group therapy, psychological assessment, and crisis response. She also has extensive experience conducting Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), which is an evidence-based psychotherapy or counselling that aims to address the needs of children and adolescents with a history of post traumatic stress disorder and other difficulties related to traumatic life events. As an immigrant herself, Dr. Agibi is well aware of the challenges of adjusting to a new culture and she utilizes empathic strategies that help immigrant families navigate the sociocultural dimensions and challenges of immigrant integration and resettlement.
